Billy is native of Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended  Ball State University where he earned his undergraduate degree, and later obtained his MBA at Canisius college while running his own startup management agency with several NBA clients. Billy currently serves as the President of FOA and NBPA / FIBA Licensed agent.
